Ralph Kosanovich
President

Ralph Kosanovich is president of Student Loan Finance
Association. He is responsible for the overall corporate direction of the company
and oversees all of Student Loan Finance Association’s strategic development,
operational and financial activities.

Mr. Kosanovich has been a board member of the Education Finance Council (EFC)
and director of the National Council of Higher Education Loan Programs (NCHELP). He
is a member of NASFAA, WASFAA and several state financial aid associations.

Prior to joining Student Loan Finance Association, Mr. Kosanovich spent 13 years
in the high-tech industry, most recently as director of finance at Wall Data Corporation.
He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Indiana University, Pennsylvania. He is
also certified in the Executive Management Program from the University of Washington.

Robert Chesbrough
Vice President, Sales and Marketing

Robert Chesbrough, vice president, sales and marketing, joined Student Loan
Finance Association in 2004. Mr. Chesbrough works to ensure that the company exceeds the
service expectations of its school customers. He is also responsible for the development
of new products, services and marketing activities to meet the needs of students and
schools.

Mr. Chesbrough has worked in the financial aid field since 1989, most recently at Nelnet, Inc. Previously,
he held positions with Chase Education First LLC and U.S. Bank. He holds a Bachelor of Arts
in economics from the University of Washington and is a member of many financial aid
organizations including Alaska Association of Student Financial Aid Administrators,
Idaho Association of Student Financial Aid Administrators, Oregon Association of
Student Financial Aid Administrators, Washington Financial Aid Association and Western
Association of Student Financial Aid Administrators.

Yvonne C. Chinn
Assistant Vice President of Operations

Yvonne Chinn joined Student Loan Finance Association in 2003 as assistant vice president, operations. She is responsible for managing client relations and provides operational leadership for secondary market operations including customer service, and client and school relations.

Previously, Ms. Chinn spent 15 years with NetManage, Inc. (formerly Wall Data, Incorporated). She most recently served as process design manager. In that role, she designed and managed projects to enhance efficiency and productivity for the company.

Ms. Chinn studied biology at California State University-Hayward.
